For your own protection, please remember to book your own cancellation, health & travel insurance for those "last minute" medical or emergency cancellations.

Waivers:

Due to the potential risks inherent to the nature of some of the activities we offer, all guests are required to review and fully under-stand the recreational activity release and indemnity agreement prior to arrival, which will then have to be signed upon arrival

Refund Policy:

No refund will be given for cancellations 30 days (peak periods 60 days) and under.

The ranch operates in all weather conditions and therefore inclement weather is not a reason to cancel or receive a refund.

Deposits:

Booking deposit 30% non-refundable, may be applied to a future visit within one year.

Final Payment:

Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Balance due for peak periods are due 60 days prior to arrival.

Additional Charges:

At the end of your stay, payment for optional items and services is to be made in full preferably in cash (Mexican Pesos/Dollars/Euros) or credit card and must be paid before check-out time

Rates do not include:

Transportation  -  US$45 per person each way - from Mexico City Intl. Airport

Drinks from the Bar  -  An honesty bar system is used

Excursions  -  Please ask for further information

Private Riding Lessons  -  US$ 30 (50 mins)

Massages  -  US$ 50 - 70 (50 mins)

Laundry Service  -  ask for rates

Service Charge/Gratuity  -  10% - 15% on stay is customary if happy with service
